What oversight does the ministry have over it's SESTA providers?
Does the ministry expect there to be six monthly audits of the provider's fleet?
If the ministry does expect audits what do these audits entail and who conducts them?
If it is done by the contractor are the results of the audits passed onto the ministry?
Is vehicle cleanliness a priority for the ministry?
