Dear Eddie Wotherspoon,

I fail to see how privacy aspect can be invoked in a public place. Those being searched were people i knew and who had also come across me attending earlier council meetings.
Furthermore how is their privacy protected by my following your suggestion & setting up a viewing of said video at the council offices - where is the logic.
Please outline the harm done in sending me an unredacted 3mins 13 secs of video of a public footpath.
Incidentally do you have any authority from those videoed, whilst being searched by a pointless and ineffective procedure, to be part of that recording?
As is perfectly illustrated, by all those being videoed, being able to walk into the council office un searched on any other day of the week.
You have yet to show any valid reason for not complying with my request.

Yours sincerely,

Collin Blackman
