Kia ora,
Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982, in particular sections 12(1) and 13, I respectfully request the following information:
A breakdown of all funding, financial grants, or monetary support provided to the Whanganui Land Settlement Trust by your agency (or any predecessor agency), from 2018 to present.
For each instance of funding, please include:
The amount provided, the date of the transaction or agreement, the purpose or project for which the funding was intended, and any relevant conditions or obligations attached to the funding.
This request is made under section 12(1) of the Official Information Act 1982, which affirms my right to access official information held by a public service agency. If for any reason the information cannot be made available in full, I request that you consider releasing any partially available information as per section 17.
I also ask, as required under section 13, that if my request lacks clarity or if additional details are needed, I be assisted to make my request clearer.

funding provided to Whanganui Land Settlement Negotiation Trust (the
Trust) since 2018.

It is necessary for us to consult the Trust before making a decision on
your request, as the information you have requested could affect them if
disclosed. On consultation, they have inquired the identity of the person
making the request.
If you are seeking information in your personal capacity, this is
considered personal information about you to be handled in accordance with
the Privacy Act. However, disclosing your identity may mitigate concerns
the Trust may have with releasing this information and enable more
information to be released.
Alternately if you have made this request on behalf of a group or in a
professional capacity, this may inform whether the Trust has any objection
to disclosure.

be able to complete consultation with the Trust and process your request.
