Dear OIA Requests,
Would you kindly consider supplying this information and not withholding it given it is information for and applied to the NZ public that you are withholding? My next step would be a complaint to the Ombudsman.

From: OIA Requests
Kia ora Erika,
Thank you for your email regarding this request, reference H2025063953.
The Ministry of Health stands by its decision to withhold the information
in full under section 9(2)(b)(ii) of the Act, where its release would
likely unreasonably prejudice the commercial position of the person who
supplied the information. This would include methodologies, proprietary
modelling techniques, and curated data sources which would prejudice
Airfinity’s commercial position.
The Ministry would like to advise you that under section 28(3) of the Act
you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review any decisions made under
this request. The Ombudsman may be contacted by email at
[1][email address] or by calling 0800 802 602.

Dear OIA Requests,
I have made a complaint to the ombudsman about information being withheld on Airfinity. I thought the MoH was a public health agency, not a secret society furthering commercial interests and trade secrets,
Yours sincerely,
Erika Whittome
