Dear Official Information,

The document you refer to is very hard to follow and poorly set out. For
example, after agenda item 7 there is no further numbering of agenda
items, only paragraphs are numbered. I haven't been able to open any of
the attachments either.
In view of this would you please confirm there is no money in the capex
budget for track upgrades in the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park over the
next 3 years.
