Under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I am writing to request access to the meeting notes, in either digital or hard copy format, from meetings held on January 28 and 29, 2025. This includes any discussions, decisions, and actions that were documented during these meetings by you, your office staff including political and departmental staff.

Thank you for contacting Hon Simon Watts, Member of Parliament for North
Shore, Minister of Climate Change, Minister for Energy, Minister of Local
Government and Minister of Revenue.
