Subject: Official Information Act Request Regarding RRR Organisations Worldwide Limited

Tēnā koutou,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request the following information regarding interactions between RRR Organisations Worldwide Limited and your respective agencies:
Corrections OIA Requests:
1. Did Corrections send an email to probation offices across New Zealand, advising them NOT to work with or support RRR?
2. Did Corrections Wellington and probation managers tell businesses to avoid working with RRR, offering them government incentives instead?
3. Did Corrections officers warn community members and businesses against trusting RRR because they are “a bunch of convicts”?
4. Did Corrections advise people under their supervision—who were being assisted by RRR—not to trust or engage with RRR?

MSD OIA Requests:
1. How many people did RRR Organisations Worldwide Limited help move off the benefit?
2. Why did MSD refuse to support RRR Organisations Worldwide Limited?
3. Why did Central Wellington MSD decline support for RRR, even when an East Coast senior manager advocated for it?
4. Why does MSD support a convicted child sex offender—allowing them to work with children—while refusing to support RRR?
I request copies of all emails, internal communications, reports, and any relevant documentation regarding these matters.
Please provide this information in an electronic format where possible. If any part of my request is refused under the OIA, please specify the grounds for refusal as per the Act.

Ngā mihi,

Esther Peters and Levi Marley Hetherington
