I would like to request the annual total number for each year from 2000 (or from the earliest available statistics) of—
(1) compromises under part 14 of the Companies Act 1993; and
(2) compromises* under part 15 of the Companies Act 1993.
*specifically related to the approval of compromises for the restructuring of a company's debt obligations (excluding the approval of arrangements and amalgamations).
