Freedom of Information Request - Information Relating to Judith Collins

Under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I am writing to request the following information regarding the activities and expenses of Judith Collins in the past 12 months:

Payment Details: A breakdown of all payments made to Judith Collins during the past 12 months, including salary, allowances, and any other financial remuneration provided by the government.

Expenditure Records: A detailed account of the expenses charged to taxpayers by Judith Collins for the past 12 months, including but not limited to flights, meals, accommodation, and any other related costs.

Complaints: A record of any formal complaints made against Judith Collins during the past 12 months, including the nature of each complaint, the actions taken to address these complaints, and the outcomes or remedies provided in each case.

Please include any relevant documents, correspondence, or reports associated with these items. If the requested information is available in electronic form, I would prefer to receive it in that format.
