Thank you for your email of 18 February 2025, requesting, under the Official Information Act 
1982, the fol owing information: 
Payment Details: A breakdown of all payments made to Judith Collins during the past 
12 months, including salary, allowances, and any other financial remuneration 
provided by the government. 
Expenditure Records: A detailed account of the expenses charged to taxpayers by 
Judith Collins for the past 12 months, including but not limited to flights, meals, 
accommodation, and any other related costs. 
Complaints: A record of any formal complaints made against Judith Collins during the 
past 12 months, including the nature of each complaint, the actions taken to address 
these complaints, and the outcomes or remedies provided in each case. 
Regarding payment details, Ministers and MPs salaries are set by the Remuneration 
Authority and can be viewed here: 
https://www.legislation.govt.nz/regulation/public/2024/0121/18.0/whole.html. Regarding 
expenditure records, Ministers expenses are published by DIA and are available here: 
https://www.dia.govt.nz/Ministers-expense-releases-recent-disclosures#Oct-2024. 
Therefore, I am refusing these parts of your request under Section 18(d) of the OIA because 
the information is publicly available. 
Regarding your request for a record of formal complaints made against myself, I can confirm 
that my office has not received any formal complaints. 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to request the Ombudsman to investigate 
and review this response.
