Requested under the NZ Freedom of Information Act (1982), I seek the following information: 
The monthly recorded incidence presenting clinically in the following settings: primary care, hospital emergency department or hospital admission for the condition of tonic-clonic / grand mal seizure that presents as status epilepticus; a new or recent grand mal seizure (tonic-clonic seizure); death associated with grand mal seizure (tonic-clonic seizure), for the monthly periods from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2024 (60 months)
