Official Information Act request for information regarding 111 and 113 Tripoli Road
I refer to your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) which was transferred from Kāinga Ora to Tāmaki
Regeneration Company on 14 February 2025. You requested the fol owing information under the Act:
Access to al correspondence, reports, emails, and any other relevant documents relating to 111 and 113 Tripoli
Road, Panmure, Auckland, from January 2024 to present. This request includes, but is not limited to,
communications between government departments, local councils, third-party organizations, and any other
relevant stakeholders concerning these addresses.
The properties at 111 and 113 Tripoli Road in Panmure are part of a superlot referred to as PN-021 which is within the
Point England Panmure North (PEPN) Stage 3 development. Due to these properties being such a smal part of a superlot
and the wider development of PEPN Stage 3, there is some information within the documents identified in Appendix 1
that is not relevant to your request. As such, this information has been withheld accordingly as being outside the scope of
your request. Further information has been withheld under the fol owing sections of the Act, and this is outlined against
each document in Appendix 1:
Section 9(2)(a), to protect the privacy of natural persons; and
Section 9(2)(j), to enable a Minister of the Crown or any public service agency or organisation holding the
information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial
negotiations).
