May I please request the following information?
What is the highest monetary figure paid out to a complainant through the Chief Executive panel complaints process, for a complaint that has been upheld via the CYF complaints process investigation? Specifically complaints involving CYF malpractice? Or other?
Have any complaints (already upheld through the CYF internal complaints process) been rejected for payout at the Chief Executuve panel level?
