How many Corrections staff were issued Covid Fines?

1. How many fines were issued by Worksafe to Department of Corrections workplaces, for staff being onsite after 22 Nov 2021, and not fully vaccinated against Covid-19?

2. Of these fines, how many were successfully collected by Worksafe?

3. How many of these fines, subsequently went off to the MoJ to be collected?
