Any incident reports at below Tai Tapu Address during aug-Oct24

Ms Hartley made this Official Information request to Fire and Emergency New Zealand

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Ms Hartley to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Ms Hartley

Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

I would like a copy of any incident reports for the following address

479 Old Tai Tapu Road
Tai Tapu
Christchurch

This is for any incident occurring at that address prior to October 14 2024, between early July and Oct 14, but most likely the incident occurred within a month of 14 Oct. If any incident occurred at that address after 14 Oct I would also like the report for that.

If the fire department have not attended any callouts to that address in 2024 could you please respond stating this.

This information is required to investigate a claim by a court ordered debtor that their property was, or had recently been, on fire which prevented them attending a hearing on 14 Oct.

If you require further evidence from me in order to provide this information, please respond with information as to who and where I should send that evidence privately.

This information is required urgently.

Yours faithfully,
Kim Hartley
