Dear Public Service Commission,

On 27 November 2024, you notified the Council of an extension to the processing time for responding to our 30 October 2024 request for information about the Open Government Partnership – your reference PSCR 2024-0010.

This is a fresh request for information.

In relation to our request of 30 October, your reference PSCR 2024-0010, please provide the following information as soon as reasonably practicable:

1) The date on which the request was allocated to an official to begin collating the information within the scope of the request;

2) The date on which collation of the information within the scope of the request was completed;

3) The date on which the Commission identified it needed to consult people before making a decision on the Council's request;

4) The names and job titles of the people the Commission is consulting with on the Council's request;

5) The date on which the Commission asked the consultees for their views;

6) The date by which consultees were asked to provide their views to the Commission; and

7) The reason why consultation could not be completed within the 20 working day time limit.

If the Commission decides that there is 'good reason' under the OIA to withhold any of the information we are requesting, then under section 19(a)(ii) of the OIA, we further request that the Commission provide us with the grounds in support of each withholding reason cited for refusal, and a list of the public interest factors favouring release that it considered when reaching its decision.
