Dear Simon Watts (MIN),

I am writing to remind you that the response to my Official Information Act (OIA) request, due on November 20, 2024, is now overdue. As you are aware, the OIA requires responses within the statutory timeframe, and failure to meet this deadline is a breach of the Act.

Could you kindly provide an update on when I can expect the requested information? If there are delays, I would appreciate an explanation and a revised timeline for your response.
