From: john luke

Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

Thank you for your recent reply- Ref: OIA-2023/24-0235

Can you please provide an update information on this if anything changed and can you also let me know the date/time that the shortlist has been decided for the past 5 year.

Further, you said "correspondence to proposed recipients as to whether they wish to accept a proposed honours appointment or award has been sent by the Clerk of the Executive Council on behalf of the Governor-General, rather than by the Official Secretary of Government House. " can you please let me know when the correspondence to proposed recipients will be sent after the meetings. e.g. within 2 weeks?

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

John Luke
