To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982.
I would like to obtain detailed information regarding the 22-week Junior Officer Common Training (JOCT) programme provided by the Royal New Zealand Navy. Specifically, I am requesting the following:
The detailed schedule and daily routine for the JOCT programme, including the start and end times of training activities, for the specific intake in mid-July.
Information on when breaks and free days are given to trainees, including any policies that allow trainees to leave the base.
Details of any events or ceremonies associated with the JOCT programme that can be attended by friends and family members.
Additionally, I would like to request information on the ethnic breakdown of the trainees in the JOCT programme.
I would prefer to receive the information in electronic form if possible.
