How many cameras with automatic number plate recognition capability have
been installed on roads, streets, intersections, traffic lights, light
posts, and other Council property with Upper Hutt City Council’s approval
in the last five years?

How many cameras with automatic number plate recognition are operating in
Upper Hutt City with the Upper Hutt City Council’s approval?

Does the Upper Hutt City Council own these cameras, lease these cameras,
or are they owned by another company?

For the cameras operating on roads, streets, intersections, traffic
