Good afternoon,

Under the Official Information Act 1982, I am requesting the following information:

1) All correspondence between Hon Louise Upston and Hon Penny Simmonds regarding Flexible Funding

2) All correspondence between Hon Louise Upston's staff and Hon Penny Simmonds' staff regarding Flexible Funding.

For avoidance of doubt, correspondence includes emails, text messages, call logs, whats app messages, signal messages, facebook messages, notes, memos, aide-memoires, briefings, meeting minutes, and so forth.

Similarly, 'staff' refers to both Ministerial staff and seconded Private Secretaries.
