Dear University of Canterbury,
I am inquiring about how many reconsideration of grade applications to the Faculty of Law are successful.
Please provide figures for the years 2020-2024 (inclusive) for the Faculty of Law:
1. the total number of internal grade reconsideration requests submitted to the course co-ordinator of a LAWS or LLAW course,
2. the number of requests that resulted in the grade being increased,
3. the number of requests that resulted in the grade being decreased, and
4. the number of requests that resulted in no change of grade.
Additionally,
5. the number of internal grade reconsideration requests appealed to the Head of School at the Faculty of Law, and how many of these requests resulted in the grade being increased, decreased, or no change.
