Procurement process used for I Am Hope

Tanya made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Tanya to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Tanya

Dear Ministry of Health,

My questions relate to the funding of $24m over 4 years that has been awarded to I Am Hope.

1. Which Government Procurement Rules were used?
2. Was this advertised openly (e.g. on GETS) or was an exemption obtained? (as per Gov't procurement rules)
3. Did the Ministry engage with other agencies to seek opportunities to collaborate?
4. Did the Ministry consider if the need is already covered by an existing All-of-Government contract?
5. Was a Procurement Plan done? If so, please provide this.

Yours faithfully,

Tanya
