Dear Government Services,

Thank you for the very quick response. Thank you for confirming that there have been no changes to the review codes since 2019. I am following up to request historical review codes.

History of ACC:
According to ACC's website, ACC was established by the Accident Compensation Commission in 1974, under the Accident Compensation Act 1972. ACC or the "Corporation" was constituted by the following Acts:
- Accident Compensation Act 1982
- Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992
- Accident Insurance Act 1998
- Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2001, which was renamed the Accident Compensation Act 2001 in 2010.

I request the historical review codes from 1982 to 2019. If there have been no changes to the review codes since 1982, please clearly say so. Please explicitly state the years in which the review codes changed over the time period of 1982-2019 and provide those documents. If some of these have been archived with Archive NZ, please specify which documents are held with Archive NZ.

Please note, ACC should hold the information from 1999 to 2019, because the Public Records Act requires information to be kept for a minimum of 25 years.

Thanks for all your help.

Cheers,
An

Dear Government Services,

I would like to amend my request.

Please provide me with the current and historical review codes, and the interpretation of those code, which are readily accessible. According to the Public Records Act, that should be those that were in effect for the last 25 years.

Thanks,
