Your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-032588
Thank you for your email of 23 May 2024, asking for the fol owing information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

In ACC response GOV-002685 (2019), ACC provided a list of Review Codes. I am writing to request the
updated version(s) that was in force in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. If there is have been no
updated versions from the 17 December 2019 to present, then please clearly state that the version in
GOV-002685 (17 December 2019) is the current version that ACC uses today.

I also seek all internal rules, guidelines, discussion papers, or any other documents, which define the
meaning of the Review Codes and how ACC determines the relevant Review Code for any requested
review.
Our response
We can confirm that there has been an update to the Review Codes provided in the 2019 response (our ref:
GOV-002685. The updated review codes are attached. The other documentation provided in GOV-002685
is the extent of the documentation we hold regarding review codes.
