If there is any concern for the privacy of any individual, I am all right with any personal information being deleted or only key information being disseminated. “[1] Any SET teaching report for any teacher for the courses POPLHLTH111,
BIOSCI107, CHEM110, MEDSCI142 from the years 2016 - 2023 (inclusive)”
This part of your request is refused under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA, to
protect the privacy of the staff members to whom they relate, and under
section 9(2)(ba)(ii) of the OIA, to protect information subject to an
obligation of confidence. These documents are confidential under the

without revealing their identities.
Course evaluation reports are made available to teaching staff, Course
Directors according to CS9*, academic heads, Associate Deans Academic,
Associate Deans Learning and Teaching and Deans. These reports are not
confidential. Summary statistics may be shared with students but care
should be taken with students’ comments. It is recommended that feedback
should focus on the themes covered in comments – rather than sharing whole
comments.”

information from Semester 2 2023 – CHEM 110 and MEDSCI 142 - on the basis
