List of organisations who were sent letters re: fast-track project submission

Kitty made this Official Information request to Chris Bishop

The request was refused by Chris Bishop.

From: Kitty

Tēnā koe Minister Bishop,

On the 3rd of April 2024, you sent two generic letters to more than 200 parties who had expressed interest in submitting projects to the fast track process, or who had previously been put forward by ministers or MPs for possible inclusion. This letter explained the process for submitting projects for possible inclusion in the Fast Track Approvals Bill Schedules.

I am requesting that you release the full lists of all parties that this correspondence was sent to - including all iwi, post-settlement groups, Māori entities, organisations, individuals, and anybody else that received this letter (including any additional copies or lists not already mentioned, as well as the recipients of any later iterations of this correspondence, should there be more sent between the date my OIA request was received and the response date).

Ngā mihi nui,
Kitty

o If your email falls outside of the Minister’s portfolio
responsibilities, expresses a personal view, or is copied to multiple
Members of Parliament, your correspondence will be noted and/or
transferred to another office.
