We are needing some clarification/refinement on your request to respond.

 

The acquisition of land for open space in Wainui was made at a closed part
of the Environment and Community Committee meeting, [1]Agenda and
[2]Minutes, resolution ENV/2017/150.

 

Can you please confirm if you are only seeking confirmation the land was
acquired from Fulton Hogan Land Development?

 

If you are after all information on this matter, please could you refine
your request to specific exactly what you are after.  The request is too
broad to provide all information and it will possibly have legal and
commercial sensitivity.

 

Can you think of a way you can narrow your request so that we can still
provide you with some useful information?

 

Some suggestions for refinement are below:  

•           Providing us with the specific topic or recipients

•           providing us with a timeframe

•           Searching by keywords – if you could think about this one,
based on what you are looking for, is there a word or phrase that we could
specifically search for?
