The Treasury publishes responses to Official Information Act (OIA) requests soon after the Treasury has sent the response to the requestor. The reply letter from the Treasury details the information being released and explains what information, if any, has been withheld and under which grounds of the OIA. The requestor's name and address are removed.

The document 20230471 sent on 8 December 2023, is publicly available on the Treasury website: https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publication.... Therefore, your request is refused under section 18(d) of the OIA, as the information is publicly available.

This reply addresses the information you requested. You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my decision.
