K/O are very adept at avoiding issues raised.
It does not pay to be direct with them.
For instance I did copy a news article about a K/O tradie from England who complained to K/O about the shoddy work of his workmates and the bullying he endured from them.
K/O gave him $5000 hush money which he took as he couldn't wait to leave NZ which in my opinion is a very corrupt especially...
In your request you asked has K/O 'investigated'?
Attention to the response":I can confirm that our investigators have not completed any investigations into any corruption..."
1) Admits to having investigators
So they have investigators: question what they tend to investigate? What authority do they have?Who do they report to?
2) Then:"have not COMPLETED any investigations" Meaning has begun... Get person to clarify with certainty what is meant.
3) Don't restrict the time frame.Rephrase to " in recent time" Your recent and their recent is subjective or even state "over a ten year period" But if you state 3yrs that is what you get.

K/O spend too much time covering up.Best to ask if they audit contractors-can contractor behavior be improved upon -have they received complaints about staff and a breakdown of those complaints-what is their policy on staff misconduct?..do they condone misappropriation of building/construction supplies, do they protect whistle blower's?
How often are contractors contracts renewed and who oversees that process.
Does K/O have designated teams to ensure quality workmanship? They do not, which allows painters in particular to cheat the process eg not sanding between coats, painting over rotted timber-using a cheaper sealant
K/O has a devious and entrenched culture. They especially hate media attention or being exposed but they do have an often repeated book of excuses-so best to side step and work indirectly toward what you actually want to know. They get confused. But be warned they are not truth seekers.
Good luck it will require stamina
