On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I

Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

‘I would kindly like to receive the full email address list of all
Accredited Employer in NZ.’

Please note that the days from 25 December 2023 to 15 January 2024
(inclusive) are defined as non- working days in the Act and are not
counted in the calculation for the response due date. This may affect the
time period for responding to your request.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 13 February 2024, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then,
we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  If you have any
enquiries regarding your request feel free to contact us via email to

Accredited Employer in NZ.”

 

Given the amount of information in scope of your request, we expect it
will several months to provide the information you requested. However, we
can offer an alternative, which would allow you to receive information
much sooner.

 

If you agree, we can amend your request to be for the full list of
accredited employers.

 

The list of accredited employers is readily available and can therefore be
released immediately. The list would allow you to identify the employers
whose contact details you want, and search for those contact details
online. Then, for any employers whose contact details you cannot find, you
could make a separate information request to Immigration New Zealand.

 

Please advise whether you are happy to amend your request as suggested
above by 12pm on 13 February 2024. If we do not receive a response in this
time, we will continue to process your request in its current form. Please
note: should you choose to keep the original request as it is, it will
likely take several months to respond.
