    Kia Ora Aruna,

Thank you for your email of 19 February 2024 to the Ministry of Business,
Innovation and Employment requesting, under the Official Information Act
 1982, the following:

“Appreciate if you could send me the updated Accredited Employer who have
received accreditation under the AEWV scheme as of today.”

Our Response

Please refer to the attached appendix for the list of employers accredited
under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) scheme, as at 3 March 2024.

More information on Accredited Employers is publicly available on the
Immigration New Zealand website at the following link:

[1]Check if an employer is accredited | Immigration New Zealand

Please note:
o Accredited Employers can choose not to have their accreditation
information on our website, therefore our website may not show all
 accredited employers.
o In order for an employer to employ a migrant worker under the AEWV
scheme, employers must first be granted, advertise the role for New
Zealand citizens or residents to apply, and then be granted a Job
Check. Once these steps have been successfully completed to
Immigration New Zealand’s satisfaction they can then invite migrants
to apply for work visas under the AEWV scheme. The required experience
and qualifications for the job employers offer must match the approved
 Job Check
