The letter I refer to is dated 17 December 2014 which was posted by standard residential mail.

2/ Reasons for recent change in the way correspondence is signed
off i.e. no signature to refer to

To Clarify and in response to your recent correspondence:

1/ Who is the writer to refer to the letter in question? ie ACC response dated 17 December 2014

2/ When did the change to letter signing procedures change and for what reason? Historically letters are signed with a reference to the writer for further personal assistance/queries.
