the Prime Minister

 

I refer to the letter dated 30 January 2024 from this office responding to
your request received under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act)
request on 18 December 2023 for: “Can you please provide a list of all
formal advice received and the date of its receipt since 27 November
2023.”

 

Due to an administrative error four reports within scope of your request
were omitted from the list of documents provided to you. The report
Government Appointments – Prime Minister portfolio was duplicated in the
list of documents. We apologise for this error.
