M Bell made this Official Information request to Shane Reti

Shane Reti did not have the information requested.

From: M Bell

Dear Shane Reti,

Below is a paste of the statement you have recently issued.

“There are many conspiracy theorists out there who unfortunately disseminate harmful disinformation, however, as Minister and as a physician, the public can and should continue to have confidence in vaccines. I am reassured by experts confirming that there is no evidence supporting the allegations that have been made.”

Under the official information act please provide all of the correspondence and analysis from those said experts that directly supports the statement you have made that "there is no evidence supporting the allegations that have been made."

Yours faithfully,
M Bell

Dear Shane Reti (MIN),
I have looked at all of the information that you have provided and I did not find any indication that any analysis has been done to rebut the leaked data. Furthermore MoH and HNZ have told me in another OIA response that they have not actually performed an analysis or rebuttal of the leaked information. The 3 emails provided appeared to be mere regurgitation of public messaging, without indication that the leaked data has even been critiqued.
My request was “please provide all of the correspondence and analysis from those said experts that directly supports the statement you have made”. Therefore if you actually have provided all of the correspondence and analysis, I can only conclude that firstly the experts have not confirmed anything, and secondly your press statement is self refuting as clearly there IS evidence of excess deaths alongside a very strong temporal association with the C19 injections.
I will mark this OIAR as “information not held”, thanks anyway for the response Dr Reti.
Yours sincerely,

M Bell
