I noted, on your website, Referee, Disputes Tribunal - Auckland

"Referees are appointed as judicial officers by warrant from the
Governor-General on the advice of the Associate Minister of Justice.  The
role is part time, and generally involves 2-4 days a week of hearings,
depending on work flows.“
 
Please supply a template appointment letter for the referee and example
warrant card.
 
Also, can you please supply how much each referee are paid from 1st jan
2023 to 20 Nov 2023. Further the current list of all referees in New
Zealand.
