Thank you for your official information request received on 15 November 2023 for “a 
copy of correspondence specific to the application for new titles [for units at 44 Millbrook 
Road, Henderson, Auckland], and reasoning for the delays with receiving these, and what 
has caused those delays.” 
The information you requested is not held by Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New 
Zealand (LINZ) and we have no reason to believe that it is held by another agency. 
Therefore, we are refusing your request under 18(g) of the Official Information Act. 
No relevant plan or title transactions have been received by LINZ, nor any 
correspondence which would indicate anything has been received in relation to the 
application for new titles for this development.
