Dear Ministry for the Environment,

Thank for your recent OIA reply- OIAD-815, I noted the following positions may open to application pending ministerial decision, can you please provide the exact expire date of these positions, also how you have previously call for nominations, which channel you usually use to call for public nominations, e.g. jobs.govt.nz

Environmental Legal
Assistance Fund Panel
- 5 positions
Environmental Protection
Authority
- 5 positions
Commissioners for
Freshwater Hearings Panel
- 14 positions
Nominating Committee for
the Climate Change
Commission

Further, I noted, Additionally, the National and Built Environment Act 2023 anticipates the establishment of a
number of governance groups. Further calls for nominations are possible, pending
Ministerial decisions

Can you please specify what sort of governance groups you are referred to here. Please supply any information you have on these possible governance groups.
