Divorced monitoring of individuals worked with under the He Aranga Ake framework

John made this Official Information request to New Zealand Security Intelligence Service

Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Security Intelligence Service should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: John

Dear New Zealand Security Intelligence Service,

Outside the remit of NZSIS's specific involvement with He Aranga Ake as a multiagency disengagement framework, does the NZSIS monitor -- beyond the scope of the Framework itself -- any of the individuals who currently exist within the working parameters of the framework?

Yours faithfully,

John
