Thankyou for your reply to OIA HNZ00011430 that provided hospitalisation admission for 12 conditions out of 39 known to be AESIs to Covid-19 vaccination.

1. Could you please supply the number of hospital admissions for each of the following conditions for the year 2021.

1. Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
2. Acute kidney injury
3. Acute liver injury
4. Acute respiratory disease
5. Anaphylaxis
6. Anosmia and ageusia
7. Arrythmia
8. Arterial thrombosis
9. Aseptic meningitis
10. Cerebral venous thrombosis
11. Chilblain-like lesions
12. Coagulation disorder
13. Coronary artery disease
14. Diabetes mellitus
15. Encephalitis
16. Erythema multiforme
17. Generalised convulsion
18. Guillain-Barré and Miller Fisher syndromes
19. Heart failure
20. Idiopathic thrombocytopenia
21. Lower limb venous thrombosis
22. Meningoencephalitis
23. Microangiopathy
24. Multisystem inflammatory syndrome
