Dear Waimakariri District Council,
From the reports in the media regarding discussions for a Southern Super-City, between the Christchurch City Council and neighbouring districts, I am requesting the following:
a. Between Waimakariri District Council et al and Christchurch City Council et al; all material, correspondence, emails, letters, meeting notes, presentations, for and over the discussions concerning the same, and
b. Any correspondence, announcement, declaration, request for involvement and or feedback with the residents and ratepayers of Waimakariri,

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your official request, under the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, for all
documentation pertaining to the proposed Southern Super-City, between the
Christchurch City Council and neighbouring districts .
