We do not hold the information you have requested. Searches that we
undertook, both internally and externally, show no report by this name.
Neither National Library nor Archives NZ reference it.
Is it possible your request was meant for Whangarei District Council as
Waipu is part of the Whangarei District?
Accordingly, I am formally refusing your request under section 17(g) of
the LGOIMA because the information is not held.
