Kia ora Emma,
Thank you for your response last week, and the effort that is going into responding to this request. My intent is not to cause a significant amount of work for the Ministry.
Regarding the request at part three (value of the projects). I understand the reasons given why it is not practicable to provide this amount. If it is possible to group the projects into sizes that would be helpful (i.e. $1-$10m, $11-25m, $25-50m, >$50m - or size bands that are already in place within the Ministry's system). If size bands are not possible, then even a yes or no if the project is likely to be worth more than $25m.
Regarding part 4 (GFA) this is understandable, if there is anything you can provide about category of work that would be helpful, i.e. refurbishment, redevelopment, expansion, etc.
Regarding part 5 (delivery date) that is understandable.
