Dear Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children,

Under the OIA please provide the following:

All communications including but not limited to texts, emails, etc
relating to Mike Bush notifying Oranga Tamariki that he would be absent
for 3 weeks of the rapid review and the reason for his absence.

The date of when Oranga Tamariki was first notified Mr Bush would be
absent during the review.

Date of when a draft report of the rapid review was completed.

Date of when Oranga Tamariki was provided with a copy of the draft rapid
review.

Date  of when the final rapid review was completed.
