HSFY sem 1 grades

Olivia made this Official Information request to University of Otago

The request was successful.

From: Olivia

Dear University of Otago,

I am making an OIA request for a spreadsheet or document containing confirmed grades for the HSFY semester 1 papers for 2023. This includes the papers HUBS191, CELS191, PHSI191, and CHEM191. This need not contain further data other than their overall grades. I am asking for the specific grade percentage, not merely the grade letter. I can confirm I am currently in New Zealand as per section 12(1)(c) of the Act.

Yours faithfully,

Olivia.

Kia ora Olivia,

Further to our response in relation to your Official Information Act request dated 26 July 2023, the mark and grade distributions for the Semester 1 2023 HUBS191 paper have been finalised.

Subject to the following comments, please see attached the mark and grade distributions for the Semester 1 2023 HUBS191 paper:

- Please note that there are two pages in the attached spreadsheet: the first page contains the mark and grade distributions for all students who were enrolled in the papers (regardless of programme), and the second page contains the mark and grade distributions for students specifically enrolled in Health Sciences First Year (HSFY) only.

I will be back in touch once the mark and grade distributions for the Semester 1, 2023 CHEM191 have been finalised, as there are still special exam results outstanding for these papers.

Ngā mihi,

Jo
