Dear Auckland Transport,
I understand that AT charges rail users who tag on and tag off at the same station 20 minutes apart. I also understand that passengers will be charged regardless of whether or not the trains are running.
Could you please tell me
- how many people were charged for a zero-distance train journey on December 11th 2014?
- how many of those people received a refund?
- the longest time any of those people had to wait for a refund?
- how many of those people received an apology from Auckland Transport?
