Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

I note that ACC's Code of Conduct which is publicly available appears to be out of date, and still references the Privacy Act 1993; however, that Act was repealed and replaced with the Privacy Act 2020.

Thus, I request information as to where I can find the current, accurate ACC Code of Conduct. If this Code is not publicly available, I request that it please be made available through ACC's website in a manner which is easily accessible and findable (Such as a Documents or Policies page). This is not possible, then I request a through FYI.org.nz.
