On 6 July, I emailed you seeking clarification around the information you
have requested - to date you have not responded. I am therefore again
contacting you to seek clarification around the information you are
requesting.

 

In your two requests for information, you have asked for details around
what visas have been issued by three Immigration Advisors. The reason we
are seeking clarification is that Immigration Advisors do not issue visas.
Immigration New Zealand issues visas.  Immigration Advisors instead
represent individual clients in their visa applications.

Please can you respond to this request for clarification by rewording the
information that you are wanting.  Should we not receive further
clarification, we will proceed with answering the requests as they are
currently worded – which for the reasons we have outlined above, will not
result in any information being able to be provided.  

Please note any clarification or amendment of a request is considered to
be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory
timeframe for response (see section [15(1AA) of the Act).

Please respond to this clarification request by 12 July 2023, otherwise we
will proceed with providing a response based on what you have currently
