    Dear requester,

I refer to your request of 27 June 2023. The information requested is
 attached, subject to the following:

o Your request for course mark statistics is refused under section 18(g)
of the OIA, as the University does not hold final marks for its
courses. Grades, not marks, are the University's final measure of
academic assessment. Marks are used for initial calculation of grades
 (see
 [1]https://cdn.auckland.ac.nz/assets/auckla...)
but grades may be subsequently changed for various reasons, such as
 aegrotat/compassionate consideration or academic misconduct.
o Your request for course grades for Semester One 2023 is refused under
section 18(g) of the OIA, as the University did not – as at the date
of your request – hold the information requested.

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
 dissatisfied with this response.

Yours sincerely,

Landon Watt
