Dear Public Service Commission,

Information on your website is somewhat limited to the CE's of central agencies, however within your scope is the appointments of a far wider set of organisation types, as per this page: https://www.publicservice.govt.nz/system..., along with the many Board appointments within your purview.

I stumbled upon a list here: https://www.govt.nz/organisations/mail-m... but it only includes the Chair, CE, or Mayor, plus there are many entities that appear to be government entities that are not listed in the PSC page above.

Therefore, it appears that a comprehensive list of statutory organisations and their leaders is not readily available. Thus I request the following lists of information in XLSX format:

- All organisation names
- Their sector and type
- Their common name
- Their Chief Executive's name or leadership role equivalent's name
- All Tier 2 and Tier 3 job titles, and names
- All Board Chairs names
- All Board members titles and names
- Oversight agencies, if applicable

If you use them, please also include the unique identifiers that link the organisations, types, people, etc... together.

For clarification, I can't imagine that this request would amount to substantial collation as one of the main purposes of the PSC is the appointment of people into public service roles.
